In the posted recipe it says to put the starter in the refrigerator for 7 days and then later in the direction it says to refrigerate the initial starter 3-5 days and feed on the 3rd, 4th or 5th day. I just wasn't sure what you meant by initial starter. Do I feed the original starter once before I use it for bread?
