This is good and they do stay moist. I was a bit dubious about them but really easy and good flavor. I cut the fat even more by replacing some of the oil with applesauce and using a combo of whole wheat, soy, and wheat bran for the flour. I also used fructose instead of regular sugar too. They turned out great and were a bit more filling.
