Cornbread...using Bread Machine

1 1/4 cups water
3 Tbsp canola oil
1 whole egg
2 2/3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/3 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 2/3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine.

Use 2.0 lb. medium basic setting
