Fruit & Oatmeal Bars
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix: 6 c rolled oats 1/2 cup dried chopped fruit(apricots, plums. etc.) 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup powdered milk 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup nuts
ADD: 2/3 cup honey 1/4 cup egg beaters (1 egg) 2/3 cup oil 1/3 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla
Press mixture in greased 10 x 15 pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cut immediately in bars,remove from pan when cool.
