Hi everyone!Here is a yummy recipe that I made the other day.

Banana Bundt Cake:

2 bananas, mashed
1 white cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can vanilla white frosting*

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except frosting. Mix until moistened. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes; cool.

Place frosting in microwave 10-15 seconds to soften and drizzle over cooled cake.

*I use less than 1/2 of the can of frosting so I freeze the leftover frosting for the next cake at another time.
