I hope this helps. There are other websites with Central Asian flat bread recipes. Just use an appropriate search engine with those words and you should find something.

Also, a "chekish" or "chekkich" is a bread stamp that makes patterns in the center of flat breads. If you can't find one, use a regular fork to pierce the center of the bread.
