LOW CARB BREAD
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup almond flour 1 cup gluten flour 1 cup oat flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon xantham gum 3 tablespoons linseeds (optional) 1 1/4 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
Depending on your type of breadmaker place water oil and salt in bottom of bread pan.
Mix all the other dry ingredients except yeast together and place on top of liquid in pan and lastly make a little dent in the flour and sprinkle in yeast.
Bake on basic setting (not rapid) approximately 3hours 30 minutes.
