HI Tammy,
I make cookies from a cake mix, I thought that was what you are looking for.

Take any cake mix, pudding or not in the mix, both work well. Follow the directions, just omit the water. You can add what ever you like to the diffrent flavors. I add chocolate chips to the butter pecan cake mix.

I chill the dough for 15-20 minutes just because I prefer it chilled to work with, either way is fine. Drop dough onto greased baking sheets.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. They will feel set like a cake when done.
