I have two Zoji's. I use the V20 most all of the time! My favorite recipe is in the Zoji book. Page 27 Crusty French! I use only King Arthur Bread Flour. It is the best. I use any bread machine recipe in the zoji. I always open the lid and check to see if I need to add more flour or water. It usually turns out great! The apricot bread that Terry posted is wonderful!
