Bisquick Yeast Rolls

1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 cup warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, room temperature
2 1/2 cups Bisquick
Melted butter or margarine

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Stir in sugar, butter and Bisquick. Beat vigorously.

Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead until smooth. Shape into rolls. Place in greased pan. Cover with dish towel. Let rise until doubled in size about 30 minutes.

Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes about 16 to 18 rolls
