Hi, I wonder if someone could give me a tip on how to make sugar-free chocolates. We are on a low-carb diet and have been melting baker's chocolate together with splenda and then pouring into molds. They look great, but taste kind of bitter and ultra-rich, not really like candy. Am I missing something like butter or cream?
