I make lemon pie a lot. This one from Ann Landers is the best. My favorite crust follows" Pat in Pan Pie crust! 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. oil 2 T. sugar
2 T. milk 1 tsp. salt Mix all together in bowl until it clings to a ball. Pat in a pie pan. Bake as usual. Pour in pie fillVerlaing! I use this for all cream pies and for dutch apple too. My favorite crust and no mess!!!!
