Low Carbohydrate Sandwich Bread Atkins Diet Recipe
1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup soy flour 1/4 cup ground sesame seeds 1/4 cup ground flax seeds (0)* 1/4 cup protein powder (2) ** 3 eggs, beaten 4 Tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven 350.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
Total: 44 carb, 25 fiber (19 NET carbs), 1563 Calories, 145 fat, 61 protein.
