Not sure if this is a Hershey recipe, but is old
and delicious.

Wacky Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 cups water

Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids and blend
well. Spread in a greased 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
