ISO: Cinnamon Rolls with melted vanilla ice cream as they rise

I saw a recipe online a week ago for cinnamon rolls that have vanilla ice cream scooped on top as the rolls rise in the pan. The ice cream melts as the rolls rise. You bake them the next morning (if I remember right). Those rolls would be perfect for a brunch I'm having, but I cannot find the recipe now! I'm so frustrated! Does anyone have a recipe like that?
