I located this Disneyland Oatmeal Raisin Cookie recipe tonight and rushed to make some. It is a very easy recipe to make and the cookies are absolutely the best. They are crisp, yet not hard. I used a ping pong ball size of dough that made 2 1/2 to 3-inch cookies, yield 74 cookies.
