CRANBERRY RAISIN WALNUT PIE
4 cups cranberries (1 bag or 12 oz.) 1 1/2 cups raisins 1 cup water 4 cups or about 4 medium apples 2 1/4 cups sugar 4 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter, softened 1 cup walnuts 1/2 tsp. almond extract Pastry for two double-crust pies
Bring first 3 ingredients to a slow boil.
Add rest of ingredients in order. Mix well after each addition.
Make pie crust for 2 pies, bottom and top.* Fill pies and cover with top crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
*If desired, brush pie crust bottom with beaten egg to keep from getting soggy. Then bake the bottom shells a bit, for 5-10 minutes.
ORANGE CRANBERRY PIE
3/4 cup raisins 1 lb. cranberries 2 cups sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. grated orange rind 1/2 cup cold water 3 tbsp. butter Pie crust for double-crust pie
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Plump up raisins by pouring hot water over them. Coarse grind the cranberries.
Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Mix with the cranberries, drained raisins, orange rind and water. Pour into 9 inch pie pan lined with 1/8 inch thick bottom crust. Dot with pieces of butter. Cover with dough of similar thickness.
Bake 15 minutes in preheated 450 degree oven, then lower to 375 degree and bake for 30 minutes. Serve cold.
ALASKAN CRANBERRY MINCE PIE
1 1/4 cups sugar 1 tbsp. grated orange peel 2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups raisins 1 1/2 cups apples, chopped 1 cup cranberries 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 2 tbsp. lemon juice Pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine sugar, peels, spices, and salt. Add remaining filling ingredients; mix well.
Line pie plate with pastry; fill. Top with lattice crust.
Bake at 400 degrees about 35 minutes.

Here are three pies for you but none exactly the same as you're looking for. You could experiment with adding in ground orange for some added flavor. I hope someone will have the exact recipe.
