I'VE NEVER MADE IT WITHOUT THE FLOUR, BUT I'VE MADE IT WITH ONLY 1/2 THE AMOUNT OF MARGARINE AND I LIKE IT BETTER. THIS IS MY GRANDMOTHERS RECIPE.
