BROWNIES MELTAWAY
FOR THE BROWNIES: 1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix 1/2 cup flaked coconut (optional) 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) FOR THE ICING: 3 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup margarine, softened 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla About 2 tbsp. milk FOR THE CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE: 2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate 2 tsp. oleo
TO PREPARE THE BROWNIES: Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare brownies as directed on package except stir coconut and nuts into dough. Bake. Cool.
TO PREPARE THE ICING: Mix powdered sugar, margarine, and vanilla. Stir in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until of spreading consistency; spread over brownies. Refrigerate until topping is firm, about 30 minutes.
TO PREPARE THE CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE: Heat chocolate and 2 teaspoons oleo until melted. Drizzle evenly over topping; spread evenly. Refrigerate.
