BOILED COOKIES

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 cups oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
pinch salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Mix peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Set aside.

Heat butter and milk over medium heat until melted. Whisk in sugar, salt, and cocoa until smooth. Bring to boil and boil for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring.

Stir in peanut butter mixture and cook 1 minute more, stirring. Remove from heat and drop by Tbsp. onto wax paper. Cool.
