4 CHEESE SPINACH DIP
1 Jar (Classico) Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce 12 oz. (1 1/2 packages) Philadelphia cream cheese 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese 1 package frozen chopped spinach 1 red pepper
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Shred a little extra cheese for topping.
Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.
Best served with pita wedges: Cut pitas into wedges. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake in the oven at 350 degree f until slightly toasted.
