BANANA FROSTING

1 large very ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 to 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

Combine ingredients together addding enough sugar for the disired consistency. Use to frost cooled cake.
