BANANA ICING
1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
milk to smooth (as needed)
Cream butter and powdered sugar together. Add mashed banana and vanilla. If it is too thick smooth with milk.
Spread on cooled cake.
