My co-workers Birthday is coming up next week. It's my turn to make the cake for the office. I asked her what her favorite is and she said her mom used to make a white cake that had coconut and nuts in it and then was frosted with fluffy frosting. She said her mom doesn't remember the recipe and she never did get it from her. Anyway, I would really like to surprise her with this on her Birthday, so if anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
