Here is a recipe, hope it helps. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds yummy.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD

4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1 (15 oz.) can solid-pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cups mini semisweet chips
2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two (8x4 inch) loaf pans or coat bottoms with nonstick cooking spray.

Stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg; set aside.

Beat together sugar, pumpkin, and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in cream.

Mix flour mixture into pumpkin mixture just till moist, then add chocolate chips and pecans. Spread into prepared pans.

Bake in a 350 oven for about and 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes remove from pans and cool completely.
