GRAHAM STREUSEL CAKE
FOR THE STREUSEL: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cup chopped nuts 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup raisins (optional) FOR THE CAKE: 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix FOR THE GLAZE: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Well grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon and margarine; set aside.
Prepare cake mix according to directions.
First, put 1 cup of graham cracker mix into prepared pan, 1/2 of cake mix. Then another layer of graham cracker mix and remainder of cake mix.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.
Combine the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
Drizzle the cooled cake with the powdered sugar glaze.
