Hi Darlene - I was having a lot of trouble with my cakes falling after they came out of the oven. I had been using extra large eggs, as that's what I had always had on hand. Someone said to use only large eggs in baking recipes, and that made the difference!

The other thing that was happening to me was that I was using a teflon lined angel pan for bundt type pans - I switched over to the old-fashioned aluminum cake pan that I greased and floured - that helped alot.
