ISO: Carrot cake with Baby Food carrots and one with carrots raisins coconuts

I once had carrot cake with Carrots, pineapple, nuts, and cream cheese icing. I believe it was made with baby food carrots. Id appreciate any- recipe that you might think is similar or a good carrot cake recipe.
