I am looking for a recipe of a gingerbread man cookie I had when I was in about 1st grade (I'm 45 now). It was the best! It was soft, spicy, and slightly hot as if it had cayenne pepper in it or something that had the same effect. My mother remembers this cookie also and has never found the recipe.
