QUICK BUBBLE BREAD

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Use the quick thaw method on the back of the bread dough package for thawing. Put the frozen bread dough in loose plastic wrap and defrost for about 3 minutes in the microwave.

Meanwhile mix the butter with the garlic powder and parsley in a small bowl.

Cut the bread dough with scissors into 2 inch pieces.

Roll the bread dough in the melted butter mixture and place in a loaf pan. Place some pieces on top of each other. Let rise for 1 hour covered in a warm place.

WHEN READY TO BAKE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Hi Donna,

I have made this bubble bread many times using Italian Herbs, Garlic Powder and Parmesan Cheese. It is wonderful for a buffet luncheon. It was originally posted by Kelly~WA.
