Hello! I found this site and decided maybe if I ask my question someone here may know my answer. I do cake's from my home with whatever you can imagine with regular WHIPPED icing. I use to be able to get my icing from a bakery manager of a grocery store believe it or not but now it is under new owners. Now what my question is...is there a homemade WHIPPED icing made with whipping cream thats not as sweet as BUTTERCREAM..THAT will NOT bleed my colors? I have used the Wilton Stablized Whip Cream recipe and the colors bleed and I don't like that and anyone who has made a professional cake know exactly what I am talking about. I have also tried the one with gelatin powder and never will again. it made my icing look like well gel...LOL...If anyone out there can help a fellow cake decorator please post. Thank you! Jennifer
