Hi Joanne,

You can use any quick bread or cake recipe that you would bake in a regular-size Bundt pan in your mini tube pan. Grease and lightly flour the cups. Fill about 2/3 full with the batter. Baking time will vary depending on the dough. A muffin dough can bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. I've seen some recipes call for up to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You'll have to experiment. I like to use mini bundt pans to make individual rum cakes using the usual cake mix rum cake recipe. The center can be filled with whipped cream with a cherry on top. They make a very pretty presentation.
