Has anyone made this cake? I need to ask some questions. I'm making this for a friend's wedding in 2 days. I'll be making different size cakes, so I'm not sure how to tell when they are done. Also, do these rise like angel food cakes, or like a regular cake? Does the glaze harden, or does it stay soft? I called the B&B this recipe is from and they had never heard of it. I need help quickly as I'm worried about winging this for a wedding cake. Thanks so much for any help here.
