DOUBLE CRUNCHERS

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup melted margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 cups oats
1 cup coconut
Filling (recipe follows)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix sugars and melted margarine together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Add corn flakes, oatmeal, and coconut. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of glass into flour and flatten each cookie.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

When cookies are cool, spread filling on one cookie and top with second cookie to make cookie sandwiches.

FILLING:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. water
6 oz. cream cheese

Combine the ingredients for the filling in saucepan and heat until all is blended together.
