CREAMY COCOA ICING

2 2/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup butter, softened
3 to 4 tablespoons milk

Sift sugar and cocoa together. Add butter and milk. Stir until well blended.

Makes frosting for two 8 or 9 inch layers or one 13x9 inch cake
