I have made florentine cookies many times in the past, but now I need HELP!!!! It is very humid in central NY and the cookies are soft and sticking together. This has never happened before. And they are on their way to a bridal shhower,The cookies were crisp shen they came off the foil. Any body have any ideas? please help!
