Hi Stella, I did a search and the recipe didn't show...so here it is!
Rice Pudding 2 quarts of milk 1 cup rice 1 cup sugar 2 eggs at room temperature 1 Tbsp. vanilla raisins to taste(optional) cinnamon Place milk, rice and sugar in pot. Add rice and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer til rice is completely cooked (about 20 to 25 minutes). Beat eggs, lightly. Take a little milk and rice mixture from pot and add to beaten eggs. This will temper the eggs. Return eggs to pot and stir constantly til eggs are mixed in well. Add raisins and vanilla. Let pudding cook until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat, allow to cool. Turn into serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate. Hope you like it! Donna
