BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN COOKIES

1 (18-1/4 ounce) package butter recipe cake mix
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheets.

In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients and mix well. Stir in pecans (dough will be crumbly).

Roll tablespoonfuls into balls; place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks.

Makes 48 cookies
