Deann,
Here is the pie crust recipe I have used for years.

2 cups flour
2/3 cup shortening
1 tsp. salt
7 Tbls. cold water

In a bowl add flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Add cold water and mix until dough forms a ball. Divide in half. Roll out one for bottom crust and the oter for top crust.
