Hi Caroline,

The booklet came with my Breadman too. Here's the first recipe in the book:

Betsy

Oatmeal-Pecan Loaf

(Small)-(Medium)-(Large)

Water: (3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)-(1 1/14 cups)-(1 3/4 cups)
Margarine or butter softened: (1 tablespoon)-(2 tablespoons)-(2 tablespoons)
Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour: (2 cups)-(3 cups)-(4 cups)
Old-fashioned oats: (1/3 cup)-(1/2 cup)-(2/3 cup)
Chopped pecans: (1/3 cup)-(1/2 cup)-(2/3 cup)
Sugar: (2 tablespoons)-(3 tablespoons)-(1/2 cup)
Dry milk: (1 tablespoon)-(2 tablespoons)-(2 tablespoons)
Salt: (3/4 teaspoon)-(1 1/4 teaspoons)-(1 1/2 teaspoons)
Fleischmann's Best Yeast: (1 1/4 teaspoons)-(1 3/4 teaspoons)-(2 teaspoons)

Choose the loaf size the is appropriate for your machine. Place all ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer, adding oats and pecans with the flour.

Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
