I had some kids allergic to eggs at my daughter's Chinese-themes birthday party and used the first recipe. Worked so well! I used the back-side of a spoon to swirl the batter into larger circles and it was pretty thick, and I used a silicone baking sheet. They came out perfectly. Thanks, thanks, thanks!
