Betsy (in 2005) posted a recipe for Pillsbury Coconut Pecan Frosting Mix Substitute to use with a zuchinni cake recipe. If Betsy is still posting, I would like to know if she has used the frosting mix recipe with the Bake Off cookie that appeared in 1969 for Frost 'n Bake cookies. I have been wanting to find a way to make these, since the frosting mix has been off the market for years.
