DUMPLINGS
2 1/2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix and remaining ingredients until dough forms.
Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto simmering stew. Cover and simmer gently 10 minutes or until dumplings are firm.
