CHEESE ONION BREAD

1 1/2 LB LOAF:
3/4 cups plus 2 tbsp water
3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry milk
2 tsp instant minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp yeast

2 LB LOAF:
1 1/4 cups water
4 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Place all ingredients in the bread machine. Select the basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color and do not use delay cycles.

This recipe is not recommended with cast aluminum pans in horizontal loaf shape because of inconsistent results.
