CINNAMON OATMEAL MUFFINS
1 (18.5 oz) box yellow cake mix 1 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup oats, uncooked 4 egg whites 2 Tbsp cinnamon FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING: 1 Tbsp cinnamon 3 Tbsp flour 4 Tbsp oatmeal 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix dry cake mix, water, oats, egg whites, and cinnamon together until well blended. Pour batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.
TO MAKE THE CRUMB TOPPING: With fork mix ingredients for the topping together until dry and crumbly. With fingers, sprinkle on top if each muffin batter already in tins.
Bake 25 minutes.
