I made these cookies, and while the taste was ok (barely), the texture was really a problem for me. They were very dry and crumbly, and didn't hold together. Really an "eat it over the sink" situation, and not because they were gooey drippy, but because they broke into a crumb-y mess.

Was this missing an egg or something??
