HURRY-UP BUTTERHORN ROLLS
1 package active dry yeast 3/4 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups packaged biscuit mix (plus additional for dusting surface) (Bisquick) butter or margarine, melted (for brushing tops)
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in biscuit mix; beat vigorously. Turn onto surface dusted with biscuit mix; knead till smooth, about 30 strokes. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
Roll to a 12- inch circle; cut in 16 wedges. Beginning at wide end, roll each wedge toward point. Place on greased baking sheet, point side down. Cover with damp cloth; let rise 1 hour, till double.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush with butter or margarine while warm.
