HERSHEY'S KISSES CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE COOKIES

60 Hershey’s Kisses Chocolate Truffles
1 Hershey’s (or Betty Crocker) Supreme Brownie Mix (with syrup pouch)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
Powdered sugar (for dusting top)

Remove wrappers from Kisses and freeze several hours.

WHEN READY TO BAKE:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl combine brownie mix, contents of syrup pouch, cocoa powder, oil, water, and eggs; stir together until well-blended. Drop by scant teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet. (If batter is too thin, refrigerate before using.)

Bake 8 minutes or until set. Cool in pan for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and immediately press frozen kiss in center. Move to rack to cool.

Makes about 5 dozen cookies
