Hi, does anyone have any ideas for an extra special tasty anniversay cake with no raisins and no almonds or marzipan that is not too hard to make?!
I am a bit stumped, I have only really made Christmas cakes before and I need to make something fabulous for my boyfriend for our anniversary dinner as his mother will be there and she doesn't eat raisins or marzipan!!!
Ahh! Panic!
