OLD-FASHIONED OATMEAL PIE
3/4 cup honey 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats, uncooked 3/4 cup coconut 3/4 cup dried cranberries, currants or raisins 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell Whipped cream, if desired
Combine all ingredients except pie shell and whipped cream; mix well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees F 40 to 45 minutes or until filling browns and knife blade inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.
Top with whipped cream, if desired, and serve.
